I bought the Luv Ur Body Menstrual Cup as an alternative to tampons on my heavy days. I can confidently say that I have found an effective replacement for tampons. Inserting the cup takes some practice, but when inserted properly, it is spill-proof. I found that I can even use the small size on my heavy days if I empty and clean the cup more frequently. The only draw back is removal can be tricky, but that can also be mastered with practice. I also wish that the printed instructions inside the pack had a larger, more easily legible font size. The writing was so small that I could barely read it. If not for the instructions and illustrations on the packaging, I wouldn’t have known how to use the cup. I hope the manufacturers correct that in future. Overall, I would recommend this to any woman who is used to tampons and is looking for an environmentally-friendly, money-saving alternative.
