When H&E says waterproof/smudge proof? Best believe! This product is amazing and a great dupe for Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow pomade. I noticed that it “sets” or dries darker so that could be a handy information for choosing the best shade. I used Nubia on my thick brows but it was a bit dark for me while Toffee was perfect. This gel is a key to fleeky brows!
